        <description descriptionType="Abstract">All data were recorded using the FOCUS ProNanoESCA V2.21.134 software. The "Data Cubes" folder contains all the experimental data except for that used in Fig. 9:For Tab.1 : 1ML, 2ML, 4ML, and 8ML.For Fig. 2,4, and 5: 4ML.For Fig. 7: Cu(110)-p(2x1)O, 1ML, 2ML, 4ML, and 8ML.  The "Accumulated Data" folder contains the individual images and the averaged .TIF-files (used for the analysis shown in Fig.9) for different coverages (2, 4, and 8 ML). The "MCP" folder contains the images used to correct for the inhomogeneities of the detector gain for the measurement of each coverage.</description>
