The data is structured in subfolders according to the individual figures. Please note that Fig.3 and Fig. 4 b-d of the main manuscript operate on the same data. Therefore, the raw data files from subfolder Fig.3 have to be copied in the Fig. 4 subfolder prior to execution.</description>
