All PF-TUNA files were generated with a Dimension Icon and the Nanoscope software (Bruker, USA). Additionally, nanoindentation data is stored herein with respective optical microscope images of the indented area. The nanoindentation data were generated with a Hysitron TI 980 and the TriboScan software (Bruker, USA) on the same MEAs as the AFM data.<br>\r\nThe data provides information about local MEA cathode aging upon long-term operation in a proton membrane electrolyzer cell with respect to porous transport layer related compression.\r\n<br>\r\n<p>Folder contents (switch to \"tree view\" to see the folders):<br>\r\n<p>- <strong>AFM</strong>: AFM data.
