The raster data include multi-temporal RGB orthomosaics and crop surface models (CSMs) generated from high-resolution UAV imagery. The vector data include plot-level polygon files for each season, with unique plot identifiers and associated canopy trait information. The dataset supports the analysis of UAV-derived cassava canopy traits, including plant height, plant volume, relative growth rate of plant height, and relative growth rate of plant volume.
