The article introduces a novel correlative microscope - the Scattering Polarimeter - that combines Three-Dimensional Polarized Light Imaging (3D-PLI) and Müller polarimetry with Computational Scattered Light Imaging (Com-SLI)  within a single device. The dataset contains images and parameter maps obtained from correlative measurements with the Scattering Polarimeter, reference measurements obtained with state-of-the-art setups for 3D-PLI and ComSLI, and multi-modal fiber direction maps constructed from correlative 3D-PLI and ComSLI measurements. Measurements are performed on a vervet monkey (containing parts of the corona radiata, the cingulum, and the corpus callosum) and a human brain sample (containing Broca's area). Please refer to the research article for more information about the sample preparation, the measurement settings, and the generation of the different parameter maps - as well as for a more detailed analysis of the data.</dcterms:description><dcterms:subject>Medicine, Health and Life Sciences</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Physics</dcterms:subject><dcterms:contributor>auf der Heiden, Franca</dcterms:contributor><dcterms:dateSubmitted>2024-12-11</dcterms:dateSubmitted><dcterms:license>CC0</dcterms:license><dcterms:rights>CC0 Waiver</dcterms:rights></metadata>
