This dataset contains data underlying the results presented in the article Robens M, Kleijnen R, Schiek M, and van Waasen S (2024) NoC simulation steered by NEST: McAERsim and a Noxim patch. Front. Neurosci. 18:1371103. doi: 10.3389/fnins.2024.1371103.

In particular, the dataset includes simulation output that has been evaluated to create the plots presented in the publication as well as simulation output that has been used to stimulate the network-on-chip (NoC) simulations. There have been multiple simulation runs with different parameters resulting from different scalings of the neuroscientific model used to generate input data as well as different partitionings and casting schemes applied in the network-on-chip simulations. Further information on the virtual hardware setup as well as the input data used for the network-on-chip simulations can be found in the publication.
<sumDscr/></stdyInfo><method><dataColl><sources/></dataColl><anlyInfo/></method><dataAccs><notes type="DVN:TOU" level="dv">CC0 Waiver</notes><setAvail/><useStmt/></dataAccs><othrStdyMat><relPubl><citation><titlStmt><IDNo agency="doi">10.5281/zenodo.10159252</IDNo></titlStmt><biblCit>Robens, M.
