Abstract:

Laboratory studies have been conducted where the movement of a single participant was recorded with inertial measurement units (IMU) and a 3D infrared camera system. The aim of the studies was not investigating the movement itself, but to collect IMU and ground truth data in order to provide data sets for validating distance and heading tracking algorithms based on IMU data.

Date of Collection:

2018-07-18-

Notes:

The study was performed with one participant only who was not familiar with the use of a wheelchair.
