In 'Evaluation_Scripts_Matlab', 4 evaluation scripts can be found: 1. Doping Variability: Here, all data concerning the variability chapter of the paper can be read in and evaluated. 2. Doping_Retention_HRS_Tilt: Here, the data concerning the cells programmed to HRS showing tilting behavior from the retention chapter can be read in and evaluated. 3. Doping_Retention_HRS_Drift: Here, the data concerning the cells programmed to HRS showing drifting behavior from the retention chapter can be read in and evaluated. 4. Doping_Retention_LRS: Here, the data concerning the cells programmed to LRS from the retention chapter can be read in and evaluated. |

In 'SimulatedData', all simulated data can be found. From the evaluation scripts, it should be clear which data refers to which figures. The folders beginning with 01_.., 02_.. and so on belong to the variability data. The other folder belong to the retention data. In each folder, corresponding TIME and CURR(ent) data can be found. |
