Abstract: |
With the Fire Dynamics Simulator FDS, in the versions 6.3.2 and 6.5.3, simulations of cable fire tests have been performed. Experimental data from micro-combustion calorimetry and Cone Calorimeter tests were used to calibrate a material parameter set, aming to predict the fire spread in a cable tray installation. The simulations are based on experimental data from the CHRISTIFIRE Phase 1 campaign. |
