Abstract:

Simulation data on the gravitational effects of stellar flybys on non-viscous circumstellar disks and planetary systems are provided. These datasets span a refined parameter space for encounter scenarios, with mass ratios between the perturber and host star ranging from 0.3 to 1.0, periastron distances from 50 au to 300 au, orbital inclinations from 50° to 70°, and periastron angles of 60° to 120°. The data can be used for custom analyses of disk properties (such as disk size and mass) after flybys, or for visualising particle properties. Currently, the data are limited to parabolic flyby orbits. All data are openly available via the DESTINY project.
