<p>This data set contains the raw data of the publication T. Esat et al, Communications Physics 6, 81 (2023), DOI: 10.1038/s42005-023-01201-4</p> <p>The zip archive 'gap' contains all measured normal metal-superconductor spectra and the folder 'josephson' contains all Josephson spectra. </p> <p>All files are Nanonis spectroscopy files (*.dat). The file 'temperatures.pdf' contains all additional meta data like the temperature, which are necessary for the evaluation of the data.</p>
