&#xd;
hourly truck traffic flow data&#xd;
Spatio-temporal data on truck break and rest stops&#xd;
on the German road network.&#xd;
&#xd;
Yearly road freight transport data between NUTS-3 regions in Europe was disaggregated spatially and temporally.&#xd;
&#xd;
The spatial resolution for Germany increased from the NUTS-3 level (401 regions) to the municipality association level (4,620 regions).&#xd;
The temporal resolution increased from yearly freight flows to hourly freight flows.&#xd;
This high spatial and temporal resolution allows for the planning and sizing of road infrastructure, such as road capacity and rest, charging, and fueling stop locations.</description></descriptions><geoLocations/></resource>
