This repository contains the code to implement and simulate a model of mouse barrel cortex with three types of inhibitory interneurons. It is a supplementary material to the article "A Layered Microcircuit Model of Somatosensory Cortex with Three Interneuron Types and Cell-Type-Specific Short-Term Plasticity" by Han-Jia Jiang, Guanxiao Qi, Renato Duarte, Dirk Feldmeyer, and Sacha J van Albada, and reproduces all the figures and results of the article.
